At ArtisaStore, we understand that circumstances may change. Our refund policy is as follows:

  • Event Cancellations: If an event is canceled by the organizer, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • Event Rescheduling: If an event is rescheduled, you will be notified, and you may choose to attend the new date or request a refund.
  • Refund Requests: To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of the event cancellation or rescheduling. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
